Appointments

diary_appointment Appointments for both doctors and nurses can be made by telephoning 01620 825051 between 08:00 and 18:00. We offer online appointments, to register for online services please complete the registration form here or ask at reception. Bring the completed form into reception with two forms of ID (we accept a passport, driving licence, utility bill or silimar) and you will be emailed with the information you require to set up your account. For non-urgent appointments you will be offered a choice of time and doctor. Time is set aside every day for urgent appointments. If you have an urgent medical problem we will make every effort to offer you an appointment that day with one of the doctors.

Children & Young People

We do not normally see unaccompanied children (under 14 years). We have a written policy regarding this issue which is available at reception.

Telephone Advice - 01620 825051

We are happy to advise on appropriate matters by telephone. If you wish to speak to a named doctor please telephone and leave your details with the receptionist.  The doctor will contact you later at the end of the next surgery session. Urgent telephone advice can be given by the on-call doctor.

Extended Hours

We offer face to face and telephone consultations after 5.30pm three days per week. Please ask reception for more information.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the appointment to someone else. You can cancel your appointment online if you are registered with our online services. To register for online services please complete the registration form here or ask at reception.
